How is my order packaged?
In a plain box with no logos, no product names and a neutral return address.
What shows up on my card statement?
A neutral billing name. Never Tidal Velvet and never a product description.
Are your toys body-safe?
Yes. We only stock silicone, glass, stainless steel, hard ABS plastic and phthalate-free TPE, and every product page lists its material. Read our materials guide.
Can I return an item?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products can’t be returned, but every toy carries a one-year warranty against defects.
How do I clean my toy?
Warm water and a mild, unscented soap or a toy cleaner, before and after every use. See how to clean and store your toys.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Is this a real store?
No. Tidal Velvet is a demonstration store built by Black Sands Media. Products are fictional and checkout is switched off.
