Unopened items

Return any unopened item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

Opened intimate products

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened toys, lubricants or lingerie.

One-year warranty

If a toy stops working because of a manufacturing defect within a year, we’ll replace it. Just email us with your order number and a short description.
